Four phases. One transformation.

  1. FOUNDATIONS

    before we build anything, we understand everything. you'll complete a full intake covering your lifestyle, your history, what's worked and what hasn't. we assess how you move, where your body is starting from, and we get on a call together. i'm also partnered with an integrative healthcare practice to provide an at-home hormone and metabolic test — so we're not guessing at what's happening inside your body, we know. from there i build your custom training program and a meal plan around foods you actually eat. most clients tell me the plan feels like too much food. then they start losing weight faster than they ever have. that's not a coincidence — that's what happens when your body finally gets what it needs to do its job.

  2. Build

    this is where most women quit on their own. something stops working, life gets in the way, and without anyone in their corner they just give up. this phase is built around making sure that never happens. every week you check in, every week i review exactly where you are — what's working, what needs adjusting, and what we focus on next. you'll have someone telling you the truth, keeping you accountable, and reminding you how much you're capable of. the weight moves. consistency becomes second nature. and you start to become someone who doesn't quit on herself.

  3. REFINE

    this is the phase most coaches skip — and it's exactly why most women gain the weight back. your body is primitive. it doesn't know you're trying to look good in a bikini. it sees low fat stores and spikes your hunger to recover them. it remembers the weight you carried for most of your life and tries to pull you back there. we don't fight it — we outsmart it. we shift into maintenance, build more muscle, and slowly increase your calories to stabilize your new weight. most clients are shocked when they realize they're eating more and still losing. that's your metabolism working for you for the first time.

  4. OWN IT

    this is the phase most people never reach on their own. low body fat. visible muscle mass. a body that looks exactly the way you pictured it and feels even better than that. by this point you understand your macros, how to eat on a night out, how to maintain this for the rest of your life. some clients stay because they want to keep going further. others leave with everything they need to never start over again. either way — you win.
