i'm a Brazilian-born personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Boston. with a background in Biology and Neuroscience from Drew University and certifications through NASM and Prescript, i've spent the last six years helping women build strong, lean bodies through evidence-based training and nutrition.

my story
i grew up in Brazil doing ballet. and i never felt like i belonged there — not because i couldn't dance, but because i wasn't skinny enough. i spent years looking at my body and seeing everything wrong with it. dreaming about the day i'd actually feel comfortable in a bikini.
when i came to the US to study at Drew University, something shifted. i started taking nutrition and neuroscience classes and for the first time i understood, my body wasn't the problem. my habits were. and habits could be changed.
so i made a challenge to myself. go to the gym five times a week for two months. no excuses.
i followed through. and that was the first time in my life i did exactly what i said i would do.
that level of discipline didn't just change my body. it changed my grades, my confidence, my entire relationship with myself. i finally understood what it felt like to be someone who keeps her word, even to herself.
why i coach
because i know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. to work hard and still feel like you're failing. to try everything and wonder if your body is just broken.
it's not broken. it never was.
after i graduated with a degree in biology i got certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach — through NASM and Prescript. but the real reason i do this has nothing to do with certifications.
i coach because i've been that woman. and i found a way out. and i refuse to keep that to myself.
six years and over 5,000 women later, this is still the most meaningful work i've ever done. not because of the weight they lose but because of who they become in the process. women who stop shrinking. women who start trusting themselves. women who finally feel like the main character of their own life.
that's what i'm building with every client. not just a body. a version of herself she's proud of.
what i believe
i believe most women don't need more willpower. they need the right plan, the right support, and someone who actually understands how the body works.
i believe the body follows the brain. before anything changes physically, something has to shift in how you see yourself. the women i coach don't just lose weight, they become someone different. someone who keeps her word. someone who shows up for herself even when life is hard. someone who stops waiting for the right moment and starts building the life she actually wants.
i believe transformation is never just physical. i became a better daughter, a better partner, a better person when i learned to be consistent with myself. i've watched that happen for hundreds of women. the discipline transfers, into their work, their relationships, their confidence, the way they walk into a room.
and i believe that if you've spent years trying to change your body and nothing has worked it's not you. it's the plan. the right structure, the right support, and the right coach changes everything.
